ABOUT RYAN

Ryan is a video editor, writer, and comedian based in New York City. He is the host of Wizman Comedy, a weekly stand-up open mic at Alligator Lounge in Brooklyn. His performance credits include Gotham Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, and Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank.

In addition to live comedy, Ryan is also a gifted prose writer. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ithaca College, where he received the Screenwriting Senior Award in recognition for his literary achievements over the course of his undergraduate studies. His pilot, The Meatball Buds, a half hour comedy about three friends forced to do a food review vlog by the devil, was read aloud at Pine Box Rock Shop in 2023.

Ryan writes for publications like McSweeney's and Points in Case and is the self-proclaimed "#1 Fan of Movies and Baseball." He resides in Brooklyn, New York.
